1) Q: What do you think about MBA program in China?
A: Some of the prestige/famous programs are pretty good for their rigid training not only in management theory and related area but also there are a lot of opportunities to practice. Meanwhile the courses suit the current situation in China as well as our real needs. But some of the programs don't deserve their reputation.
2) Q: Do you think the MBA training you a lot in the future?
A: I think these courses for most MBA students will be a big help. Because for most MBA students what they need is the combination of work experience and theory supports, the theories we learn in these course will be the foundation when we deal with current issue.
3) Q: what kind of personality do you think you have?
A: Well, I approach things very enthusiastically, I think and I don't like to leave something half -done. It makes me nervous-I can't concentrate on something else until the first thing is finished.

A: I am a person of great perseverance .If you pick up something, I never leave it half-done .I am strong-willed, and I never withdraw before difficulties. I am ready to help others, because it can not only do others good but also give me a sense of satisfaction.

A: Well, sometimes I want to be by myself, but most of the time I prefer being with a group of people, so I guess you'd say rather outgoing.
6) Q: Do you call yourself introverted or extroverted?
A: It just depends when I promoted sales for my company, I was quiet extroverted and persuasive. When I was promoted to the director of sales department, I got along quiet well with the staff members; I liked interacting with them .on the other hand, In my spare time I prefer to be alone, thinking about my work and organization, my past, present and future, my failure and success, or anything I'd like to .At this time I'd rather call myself introverted.
