建議前期可以使用速記的方法，把自己觀點和想法的關鍵詞記下來，然后再根據這幾個關鍵詞進行擴展和延伸。我們在使用中文聊天的時候，也是如此的，我們表達觀點，都是首先朦朧有個觀點的核心詞，然后再滔滔不絕的表述出來。中文能夠這么做是因為這是我們嫻熟的母語，比如說別人問我：“你昨天去哪里了？”，我如果去了人民廣場，那么人民廣場就是我大腦中閃現出來的核心詞，然后我說“我昨天人民廣場瞎逛了，啥也沒買，不過好多人啊，美女都雜堆了”。我們在英語方面可能還沒這么嫻熟，慢慢來，先把最核心的東西用最簡單的方式表達出來。
