七零八落：At sixes and sevens

　　一看到這個(gè)短語，聰明的讀者可能立刻聯(lián)就想到漢語中類似的表達(dá)如“亂七八糟”、“七上八下”、“七零八落”等等，這些詞語大多都是雜亂無章亂糟糟之意。說來人類思維還真有相通的成份，作為思維載體的語言就表現(xiàn)出在表達(dá)上的相似性，英語中以數(shù)字組成的詞語也有相似的含意。
