專有名詞的翻譯
其原則是人名、地名按音譯，如果有約定俗成的就按約定俗成的翻譯，如果沒有也可不譯；機構名稱可按意思翻譯，如果是縮寫可不翻譯，如果機構名是全稱則需翻譯出來，如：World Trade Organization 世界貿易組織。
關于比較結構的翻譯

not more … than 表示程度上的差異

no less than = as much as 意為：“竟有…之多，多達”，強調多
